The description of agreements for the rights of data have a lot of complexity built within the sentences and paragraphs, full of references across the documents or to other parts of the bundle to establish costs, prices, rules and conditions. Leveraging semantic data management, Studio builds capabilities to allow users to focus on what matters to them in their area of concern.

Imagine having an environment that generates fully compliant ODRL policies, automatically manages all underlying semantic relationships and dependencies. This environment provides a working epistemic framework that allows the users to focus on what matters: making sure that no matter the complexity, the lifecycle of the policies at hand is focused on the semantic rather than the scaffolding.

Roles for users in legal, product, pricing and asset management will allow the creation of dynamic templates with a common structure for each area and 'plug-and-play' (like lego blocks) to evolve the services without having to redo the work or by manually managing the copy-paste and track of versions as the elements are changed through time.

orthogonality

Below is an example of template agreements, connected to assets and parties that are the owners (assigners) those some of those assets are linked to pricing & policies, those policies are composed of different types of rules for things that are permitted or prohibited and what are the financial obligations related to the referenced rule.

This figure has been created as an illustration - pricing lists, assets and parties also have significant 'detail' (links).
